No physical shipping
RATdeck provides digital and remote services. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping charge applies unless a separate written agreement expressly covers a physical item.
Timeline and delivery method
The accepted proposal defines milestones and an estimated schedule. Drafts, approvals, files and updates are shared through the private client workspace, email or another agreed method. Website launch or transfer of final files occurs after final review, approval and the agreed payment. Delivery dates depend on timely client materials and feedback.

If an expected item is unavailable, email info@ratdeck.com with the project name. RATdeck will investigate and provide access or an updated delivery date.
