Before Tanishkha took over all client work, our founder set up a separate company under the RATdeck name: RATdeck Private Limited, registered in 2019. That company is now closed. The public company registry shows it as struck off, and its last filings date from 2020. It is not the business you contract with today. RATdeck is operated by Tanishkha, a registered sole proprietorship, which signs every client agreement and issues every invoice.
If a search or an AI assistant shows that struck off record, this is the explanation. You can confirm the current operating details on this page, on our company information page or by calling us.
Payment protection
How we protect your payment.
No full upfront payment
Website projects: 20% to start once the scope is confirmed, 40% on design approval, 40% at launch.
Stripe invoices
Every invoice is issued by Tanishkha (RATdeck) through Stripe, with a receipt for each payment. We never ask for gift cards, crypto or payment to a personal account.
Optional escrow
For projects over $3,000 we can use an escrow service or a platform contract so funds release only on approved milestones.
Written agreement
Scope, deliverables, timeline, ownership and refund terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
You own your work
Your domain, hosting accounts and all delivered work are yours once paid.
Monthly plans
Billed monthly in USD in advance after a signed agreement, with the minimum term shown on our pricing page.

Is RATdeck a registered business?
Yes. RATdeck is a trading brand of Tanishkha, a registered, tax registered sole proprietorship. The proprietor is Anisha.
Is RATdeck the same as RATdeck Private Limited?
RATdeck Private Limited (2019, now closed) was our founder's earlier company. The public registry shows it as struck off. Tanishkha signs every RATdeck contract and invoice today.
Do I have to pay the full project fee upfront?
No. Website projects are paid 20% to start once the scope is confirmed, 40% on design approval and 40% at launch. Monthly plans are billed monthly after a signed agreement.
