- Review on staging: work is shared on a staging site for your QA before anything goes live.
- Handover: access, credentials and documentation are delivered to you, and ownership follows your agreement with your client.
What we need from you, and what we check
Each project starts with a short brief: the client’s goals, approved designs or references, content status, hosting details, deadlines and your QA expectations. The clearer the brief, the more accurate the estimate.
Before we hand work back, we check it against a standard list:
- Responsive layouts on common phone, tablet and desktop widths.
- Form delivery, spam protection and thank-you states.
- Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and image alt text.
- 301 redirects for any changed URLs, and an updated XML sitemap.
- Basic accessibility: color contrast, labels, focus states and keyboard navigation.
- Page speed on key templates, with caching and image optimization configured.
- Plugin list documented, with no unlicensed or nulled software.
Pricing for agencies
Agency work is quoted per project or as an agreed monthly allocation after we understand your typical scopes. As reference points, RATdeck’s published direct-client packages start at $999 for a one-page Quick Launch, $2,250 for a five-page Business Builder, $3,999 for Search Ready and $7,999 for Local Growth, and Website Care maintenance starts at $225 per month. Your proposal will state agency pricing, payment milestones and turnaround times in writing.
Is RATdeck the right partner?
We are a good fit for agencies that value clear scope, maintainable WordPress builds and honest estimates. We are not the right partner if you need on-site staff in the US, in-house legal or compliance sign-off, or guaranteed SEO rankings.
